smell o vision
The article i read was about a device that a company in japan made that attaches to your smartphone and makes scents come out. they called it smell o vision and it basically absorbs smells around like if your in a garden it will absorb the smell of flowers and on your command it will release the smell but i think it would be kind of bad because if you were in a gym locker room in wouldn't smell too good at all. But i think it is a pretty good idea. http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/17/tech/innovation/apparently-this-matters-bellini-chatperf/index.ht

my career cluster
My top career cluster was hospitality and tourism. some jobs might be working at a theme park or working at a restaurant or hotel. I think the reason why i got this is because i am generally nice and friendly. I'm not afraid of people. I'm usually in a good mood. I also had a tie with education and training.

windows live assignment
Texting and driving is a serious problem here in America. But two public health experts found a way to
fix that problem. They want to make it
so that devices switch into drive mode and cannot be used to text or call or
anything. They say that laws and education about it are not sufficient and
there needs to be something else done. The article even says that from 2005 to
2009 distracted driving increased 22%. Texting and driving is serious and needs
to be stopped!

Project Wrap Up Assignment
I liked that you can go on any computer and work on your assignment and not have to save on a flash drive. However, i did not like how you really could not do much with power point there was not much choices for banners and decoration. I liked how we could work at the same time as our partners. I think Google docs should improve power point. But i think my project turned out fine.

Script for podcast
America’s greatest inventor is what most people would say
about Eli Whitney. He changed the cotton and gun industry. He had a museum
dedicated. He even has a town named after him!
He Eli
Whitney was born December 8th 1775 in Westboro Massachusetts. His
parents Eli and Elizabeth Whitney were proud of the first child. Eli was the
oldest of four siblings (including himself) he had 2 younger brothers and a
sister. They all lived together on a farm.
As a child
he was very handy with tool work. By age eight he could take apart a watch and
put it back together. He would tinker with other things around the house like
clocks and machines. He was very intelligent as a child.
When he was
old enough he wanted to go to college so he attended Yale. When he left he had
intentions of being a lawyer but like every single college student of back then
and today he had debts to pay off first so he got a job on a plantation in
Georgia. And he noticed how hard it was for slaves to get cotton seeds out of the
cotton. So he invented the cotton gin a machine in which you place cotton in
and wind a crank which causes bristles to move and clean seeds out of cotton.
In changed the cotton industry forever.
After words
Whitney noticed that if a gun broke there was only one way to fix it since no
guns were exactly the same you had to get the part made specially. So he
invented interchangeable parts. Which means he could take 3 different guns take
them all apart and take pieces from each gun and rebuild every gun exactly the
same as it was just with parts from another gun that were no different than the
original. Than he presented them to the government. He then was offered a job
to make guns for the military and such. And eventually in the far future
interchangeable parts were used for cars and tractors
Eli Whitney
was an amazing inventor. He was an intelligent person who helped a lot with the
cotton and gun industry. He also changed America.

Thought on Id theft and deputy Krupps presentation
Identity theft is when someone steals your credit card number social security number drivers licsence. they steal you personnel information. They use it to buy whatever they want and they pay noting, you pay. In my opinion it is really terrible. They ruin your credit score and they commit crimes in your name. they dont only steal your information ruin your good finicial history. They take your good name. How confident would you feel without your good name? What good is anyone without there good name?
Then this also goes with online safety when crooks send you emails impersonating your bank or credit card company. They steal your identity from those too. thats why you always delete those emails. And never give out personnel information online! people can steal your identity or hurt you. If you give them your anme and what state you live in they can narrow it down to what school you go to where you live what your doing tonight. Then they can come find you. Hurt you kidnap you whatever they have in mind! Which is why you should always be safe online! keep personnel information to your self avoind chat rooms if topic turns to sex. never meet the eprson in public!
